Nick Pisa, the slime journalist of the British tabloids, has really out done himself this time. Nick has published a string of false stories about Knox that have resulted in her being unfairly imprisoned in Italian prison for the past four years, including lies about fake clean ups, fake blood, and other BS about fake evidence that didn’t exist. Unfortunately, Nick is back to his string of lies.
In this story for Sky News regarding the testimony of Amanda Knox in Perugia court today, Sky News mistranslated Knox as saying:
He knows we were there, he knows we all got drunk that night, but i dont know what happened to him (i.e. Guede) that evening. I just know we did go out that evening. I am after the truth.
Nice translation, Nick. Maybe you should take a Berlitz course. After all, you’d think that an intelligent person who has been living in a country for four years would pick up the language enough to catch this major gaffe.

The truth is that perusal of the original video made available by Umbria24 news is that she said “we stayed at home (at Sollecito’s apartment) that night, I don’t know what happened (at the house of Via della Pergola, where Kercher was murdered).” Furthermore, after Guede repeated the slanderous lies about how Knox and Sollecito were somehow involved in the murder, a rehash of what he had written in a letter around the time of their sentencing, which bizarrely was read out loud by PM Mignini and Guede refused to acknowledge he had signed it (in a skype call to a friend shortly after the murder he said that they were not involved), Knox authoritatively stood up in the court and recounted in fluent Italian the facts that the only time she, Sollecito, and Guede were ever in the same room was when they were in a court room. She further called on him to tell the truth about what happened on the night of Kercher’s murder, which, being the lying scumbag he is, he seems constitutionaly incapable of doing. She was followed by Raffaele Sollecito, who truthfully recounted the fact that he had never seen break in artist homeless drifter Rudy Guede (who did not speak English, and therefore could not have formed a rape- murder- cult or conspiracy or whatever with Knox, whom he had met once weeks before and who did not speak Italian beyond a few rudimentary words) before the current hearing.

When Knox’s lawyer’s wanted to ask Guede some questions about what had happened the night of the murder, the lawyer for the John Kercher family, Franceso Maresca, jumped up and objected faster that he did when they asked to take about the bogus murder weapon to look for more evidence of nonexistent blood on the knife (why did he do this and not Guede’s lawyer, you might ask– maybe because he is prosecuting a multi-million dollar law suit against the Sollecito family for wrongful death on behalf of the Kercher family, hmmm?).

Just to make sure that no one fell asleep, we had several cell mates of the Mafioso witness, Luciano Aviello, that looks like a 12 year old who said that his brother killed Kercher come on to say that he had been promised 158 thousand euros from Sollecito star attorney Giulia Bongiorno, who seems to be the Italian equivalent of Nancy Grace.

Francesco Maresca, the lawyer who is representing John Kercher who stands to make millions of dollars if they can successfully throw Sollecito under the bus and thereby bleed money out of his wealthy family, responded that Aviello’s statement was highly credible, which prompted Bongiorno to state that she would be actively defending herself for libel (see you in court, Francesco). And what would Aviello need the money for? A sex change operation, of course.
He also got a visit in jail from the lovely Luxuria, a famous Italian transexual, who was going to help him plan his sex change.

Now you might want to wonder why John Kercher would sue the Sollecito family for the death of his daughter when he is so obviously innocent? With all due respect to the pain this family has endured it still does not follow that because your daughter was murdered that an innocent person should be put behind bars.
Meanwhile Barbie Nadeau continues to drone on from the courtroom with her boring tweets. But since no one has ever seen her with a phone or computer in the court room we have to assume she is rushing back to the hotel room at lunch time. I am sure she would rather be having wine and a nice meal with Francesco and the rest that having to attend to this annoying fake tweeting. Poor Barbie! Our hearts go out to her!
At least she has the companionship of her partner in crime, Andrea Vogt, who apparently is trying to outdo herself with her “I was there” story for the Seattle PI with the current article “Knox Declares Innocence While Codefendant Blames Her”. Well, um, Andrea, Guede is not a “codendant” since he had a separate trial, and calling him such puts them in the same league as possibly guilty since, um, they are not, since he is a convicted killer with no chance of appeal, and she is, um, not, according to Italian law not even convicted.

Given the actions by the Kercher attorney, isn’t it time to directly appeal to the family to end the vendetta against Amanda and Raffaele in light of more exonerating evidence.
They’ve won a million dollar plus settlement against the Sollecito family that depends on him being guilty and that would pay out if he lost his appeal. The Sollecito family have millions of dollars in assets. They are driven by powerful incentives to not look at reality. It is ironic that the Daily Mail, the same tabloid paper that smeared their reputations, and for whom John Kercher has written as a free-lance journalist, also published articles by John Kercher that spread more pro-guilt misinformation. Kercher in fact never declared his financial conflict of interest in promoting the pro-guilt agenda.

Wow, it’s incredible to me that John Kercher may be the original source of the misinformation campaign against Amanda and Raffaele. How can people, including Mr. Kercher and his family, complain that Amanda has received too much attention from the media when he himself helped perpetrate a sensationalist viewpoint as fact?
So much is being written about Amanda possibly “cashing in.” Those commments are totally gratuitous, given the fact that both she and Raffaele DESERVE be made whole as a result the agony they endured, 4 lost years, and the huge financial investments made by their families to free them from an unjust sentence.
I find it ironic that Mr. Kercher himself would be willing to “cash in” via law suits against Amanda and Raffaele and further destroy the lives of 2 innocent young people.
His early and continued writings throughout the investigation and two trials seem almost to have been premeditated. I’m sorry to sound so negative about this, because Mr. Kercher is also one of the most damaged victims here, having lost a beloved daughter in such a heinous crime. However,it would be terribly unjust to continue to denigrate and demonize the other (falsely accused) victims. This would not to honor Meredith’s memory.
I hope Mr. Kercher refrains from further media exploitation of Amanda and Raffaele. They deserve to live their lives without fear and intimidation brought on by outlandish falsehoods and sensational misinformation perpetrated by the media (which are seeking to “cash in”).
I feel very sorry for Meredeth, having lost her beautiful young life to that burglarizing creep Guede. But I’ll say it: John Kercher is a scumbag. Not only does he look like a slovenly homeless bum fitted up in a suit to make a good impression, his continued defamation of these two innocent kids, despite their obvious innocence, means he is either not all there in the head, or just a greedy slimeball out for a quick buck. Judging by his “career choice” I strongly suspect the latter.
